There are some simple rules you can remind yourself of when you have been trolled. Rules to help you move on, forget the insults and reaffirm to yourself that you are better than them.
1. LET IT GO
Never let the trolls ruin a good day by thinking about what they said yesterday.
2. IGNORE THEM
Dont listen to the trolls. Live your life, this disempowers them.
3. GIVE IT TIME
Time heals everything if its just sticks and stones. If its more than sticks and stones then let the police deal with them.
4. DONT COMPLAIN
They love it when you winge and complain, it confirms to them that they got to you.
5. STAY CALM
This infuriates them… do ot more.
6. IT’S ON YOU
You’re in charge of how you feel, not those sad little hate filled morons.
Life is short, and they are wasting it being pricks. Enjoy your time and wallow in the fact that they dont live as good a life as you do.
A bonus tip would be to imagine what would happen if you met these weak minded, hate filled, angry losers in real life. Would they say these things to your face? What would happen if they did?
They are only this brave and mean because they are behind the safety of their keyboard. They wouldnt say these things to your face because they are cowards and if they did they would be Spankd into the middle of next week.
